The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SignaHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (such as signatures, images, and business card information). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
SignaHub charges a monthly subscription fee of $1.50 per active user. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
We strive to provide reliable service availability. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance and may temporarily suspend the Service with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignaHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
